ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT
As part of the company's continued growth, diversification, and the expansion of a strategic service offering designed to meet the needs of a demanding clientele, we are seeking a Vice President to lead the development of our Executive Search practice. This role will be responsible for expanding executive recruitment services for senior and mid-level leadership positions across a wide range of organizations, including both service-based and manufacturing businesses.
DESCRIPTION
The person in this role will be responsible for raising awareness of this new service among existing clients while developing strategies to acquire new prospects and expand into new markets. In addition, the Vice President will build and lead a high-performing team using a proven methodology recognized for its excellence in customer service.
