DESCRIPTION
The Vice President plays a key role, responsible for the strategic management of operations and financial performance of a large portfolio of office and industrial buildings located in the Greater Montreal area.
As the cornerstone of the organization, the incumbent convenes and guides the members of their management team in managing budgets and performance indicators defined for each building, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, while ensuring a superior customer experience for tenants and clients.
Finally, the VP promotes efficiency and collaboration with the portfolio management, accounting, and leasing departments and actively contributes to operational excellence and sustainable investment efforts and initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are a servant-like executive who values teamwork and skill development. An excellent communicator and communicator, you are adept at developing strategies into action plans that optimize the achievement of corporate objectives.
You are bilingual, have a university degree, and possess extensive expertise in the operational and financial management of major real estate asset portfolios.
