We are recruiting an Intermediate Manager who will eventually succeed the Senior Director overseeing a portfolio of over 1 million square feet (AAA office properties).
DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Senior Director, the incumbent oversees the day-to-day operations of the properties and is responsible for revenue and expense management, cost allocation, lease administration, customer service, and supervision of operations staff.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Passionate about property management, you are recognized for your communication skills and commitment to service excellence. A rigorous and bilingual manager, you have five or more years of experience in the administrative and operational management of a real estate portfolio.
