DESCRIPTION
The director is responsible for the operational and financial management of a prestigious complex of more than 2MM square feet occupied by a clientele composed of large business companies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are passionate about the rigorous management of office real estate assets. Bilingual, you are recognized as an excellent communicator, skilled at developing harmonious relationships with business leaders.
You are a servant leader who creates a collaborative environment and unites your partners to achieve objectives. Finally, you are proficient in the various tools and processes essential to performance management and results communication.
