Our client is a major distributor of products for the construction industry and certain industrial sectors. Renowned for the quality of its customer service, the company is recruiting a Director of Warehouse Logistics.
DESCRIPTION
In a context of introducing new technologies and automation, the Director is responsible for optimizing the management of the distribution center (100,000 sq. ft. and over 60,000 SKUs), production (packaging), inventories, transportation (fleet of 23 trucks), building maintenance, and health & safety.
The team is composed of 6 managers and 70 unionized employees (3 grievances in 2025).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are bilingual, a skilled communicator and team builder, with more than 10 years of experience in warehouse logistics management. Results-oriented, you are recognized as a strong collaborator in the implementation of processes and technologies aimed at supporting business objectives and driving operational excellence.
Finally, you are a servant-style leader who enjoys being close to operations, execution, and day-to-day challenges.
