With a portfolio of strategically located land slated for development, the creation of this new position will support the company’s growth initiatives in Montreal’s West Island and on the South Shore.
DESCRIPTION
The incumbent will be responsible for optimizing the execution and delivery of projects while ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules, quality standards and industry best practices.
The team consists of three superintendents who coordinate the various subcontractors and professionals involved in each project.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Above all, you are a team player with a proven ability to bring people together and lead your team through the various stages required to successfully deliver each project.
An excellent communicator, you are recognized as a patient and diligent manager with strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality relationships with senior management, colleagues, partners and clients.
You are bilingual and have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing the various stages of residential construction projects.
