Our client is a private, non-profit golf club recognized for its heritage and the excellence of its member experience.
With 525 members and generating over $3.5M in annual revenue, the club is entering a new phase of development aimed at consolidating its achievements, modernizing its governance practices, and elevating its operational standards. The Board of Directors is seeking a General Manager / Senior Administrator capable of providing strategic leadership.
DESCRIPTION
The person in this role reports to the Chair of the Board of Directors and is responsible for maintaining a culture centered on service excellence and member satisfaction. The GM develops a vision and a strategic plan aimed at optimizing all operations and improvement initiatives. Rigorous financial management (P&L), budgeting, and monitoring key performance indicators are among their priorities.
The GM will also mobilize and lead a team composed of 4 managers and 25 employees.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are bilingual and passionate about golf. You are recognized for your mobilizing leadership, integrity, and professional maturity, with significant experience in management and team development. You possess expertise in governance and board relations, along with strong financial acumen (budgets, financial statements, cash flow) in a service- or hospitality-oriented environment. Your ability to combine strategic vision with operational execution has produced demonstrated results in performance optimization and improvement.
