Our client is a major developer and owner of large residential, office, and commercial real estate complexes. Their activities are spread across Canada and the United States. This position is available due to an internal promotion, and they are looking for an experienced architect or urban planner.
Description
The director reports to the Canadian Vice President and is responsible for development and construction activities for a portfolio of over 3 million square feet of real estate complexes in Quebec. Their team consists of 5 professionals who support the development and management of these assets.
Candidate profile
You are an architect or urban planner by training and have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in development, redevelopment, and asset management.
Your expertise allows you to effectively manage the various administrative and regulatory processes of municipal authorities in most major cities in Quebec.
You are bilingual and have a track record of measurable success.
