DESCRIPTION
As a specialist, you will report to the Director of Operational Excellence and initiate and implement process improvement projects using the Lean Six Sigma methodology and Kaizen workshops.
You will foster a customer-centric culture of operational excellence, aiming to implement measurable deliverables (time and money savings and reduction of non-value-added activities).
Finally, you will facilitate change through the use of best management practices and coach teams on Lean Six Sigma projects (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are bilingual, a university graduate, have 3 to 7 years of experience in continuous improvement, and are skilled in applying Lean Six Sigma tools.
You are recognized as a strong communicator, adept at explaining the various principles of operational excellence, and passionate about collaborating with management teams to help them achieve their goals.
