DESCRIPTION
As an operational excellence specialist, you report to the CEO and initiate and carry out process improvement projects using the Lean Six Sigma methodology and Kaizen workshops.
You convey a culture of operational excellence focused on the customer, aiming at the implementation of measurable deliverables (saving time/money and reducing non-value-added activities).
Finally, you facilitate change through the use of good management practices and coach teams for Lean Six Sigma projects (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are bilingual, university graduate, have 7 to 10 years of experience in continuous improvement and have skills in applying Lean Six Sigma tools.
You are recognized as a very good communicator, skilled in popularizing the different principles of operational excellence and are passionate about collaborating with management teams to help them achieve their objectives.
