DESCRIPTION
The Senior Manager reports to the Vice President and is responsible for the operational and financial management of a real estate complex of over 3 million square feet.
Their team consists of three managers who oversee day-to-day operations and rigorously monitor the quality of services provided to tenants.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are bilingual and have at least 10 years of experience managing the operations of major commercial real estate portfolios (retail).
An excellent communicator, you are considered a unifier and motivator, adept at rallying your team to achieve asset performance objectives.
