In a context of growth and continuous improvement, our client is undertaking major projects to modernize and automate operations.
DESCRIPTION
The Engineering Director reports to the DG and manages a multidisciplinary team of 15 employees including 3 engineers (OIQ), 6 technicians, 4 designers and 2 certified inspectors.
The priorities of the Engineering Director are the optimization of product development (standard and custom) and manufacturing methods and processes as well as equipment management in a context of improving efficiency and reducing production costs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are bilingual, an engineer (OIQ member) and have more than 10 years of experience in the strategic management of the product engineering, production and manufacturing function.
You are a servant-type manager who facilitates the achievement of objectives by creating a climate of collaboration with all the teams involved in the growth of the organization and the well-being of each individual.
Your passion and your ability to use your knowledge allow you to influence stakeholders and obtain support for key objectives.
Adaptable and resilient, you move smoothly from a global strategic perspective to a pragmatic operational discipline.
