DESCRIPTION
In a context of introducing new technologies and automation, the director is responsible for optimizing the development, standardization, and production deployment of various equipment.
They work closely with the production teams to ensure the implementation of processes that enhance manufacturing technologies within a continuous improvement environment.
Their team is composed of 3 engineers and 5 technicians.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are bilingual, hold an engineering degree, are a member of the OIQ, and have strong experience in product and manufacturing engineering management.
A unifying, results-driven leader, you are recognized as a skilled collaborator in the implementation and development of technologies that support business objectives and drive operational excellence.
Finally, you are a servant-style manager who enjoys staying close to operations, execution, and day-to-day challenges.
