Our client is a prominent owner and developer of real estate assets, consisting of office and industrial spaces.

DESCRIPTION
The Director reports to the Vice President and is responsible for the operational and financial management of a group of assets located in the Montreal area, totaling over 6 million square feet.
Their team is composed of 5 Property Managers who collaborate with various departments to optimize portfolio management and implement best practices focused on delivering excellent customer service.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are bilingual and have more than 12 years of experience managing large real estate portfolios, with strong knowledge of both operational and financial aspects of these assets.
You are recognized as a skilled communicator who earns the trust of clients and partners/investors.
With a servant leadership style, you are a unifier who goes the extra mile to create a work environment that fosters performance, growth, and team development aimed at excellence.
