The director leads a modern plant employing more than 150 technicians and specialized union members, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Their team consists of five managers (engineering, maintenance, procurement, production, and HR), three project engineers, and four supervisors.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are a qualified engineer (OIQ), bilingual, and have more than 12 years of experience, including at least 3 years managing a unionized plant in the heavy industry (steel, metal).
You have expertise in the design, manufacturing, and assembly of industrial equipment (standard and custom).
