Description
Reporting to the General Manager, the Director ensures the operation of a prestigious building of over 1 million square feet, with a focus on operational and administrative efficiency, as well as tenant satisfaction.
Your team consists of six managers who assist you in managing budgets, accounting, lease administration, technical services, security, and construction/renovation projects.
Candidate profile
You are passionate about asset management and have 5 to 10 years of experience in the operational, administrative, and financial management of office buildings.
You are a bilingual, servant-leader who knows how to surround yourself with dynamic managers whose goals are excellence in customer service and maintaining a collaborative and respectful environment for everyone.
