Description
Reporting to the president, the Corporate Director implements a strategic master plan and establishes programs aimed at a "zero accident" health and safety culture supported by the interdependence of all parties involved.
They advise senior management and the leaders of each operation regarding strategies aimed at adopting risk prevention and workplace accident prevention.
To manage health and safety with a spirit of mobilization and collaboration, your team will consist of 4 health and safety managers.
Candidate profile
Ideally, you have a university degree, are fully bilingual, and have 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in national, multi-site manufacturing companies, including more than 5 years in strategic health and safety management.
Your ability to master challenges and support corporate and operational leadership teams is well recognized.
