This Canadian company manufactures and markets a range of products for major Canadian and American retailers.


In a context of rapid business growth, this company is on the verge of graduating to the big leagues and is looking for a seasoned executive to develop strategies for penetrating new sectors and territories in North America.


Description

The incumbent reports to the President/CEO and leads a team of 4 Canadian account managers and 2 American agents. His/her expertise will enable him/her to quickly make recommendations to support business growth, recommend the various processes and tools to be put in place, and recruit the talent needed to achieve corporate objectives.


Candidate profile

You are a university graduate, perfectly bilingual and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in strategic management of sales and marketing of products for major Canadian and U.S. retailers.
