The incumbent reports to the President/CEO and leads a team of 4 Canadian account managers and 2 American agents. His/her expertise will enable him/her to quickly make recommendations to support business growth, recommend the various processes and tools to be put in place, and recruit the talent needed to achieve corporate objectives.
You are a university graduate, perfectly bilingual and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in strategic management of sales and marketing of products for major Canadian and U.S. retailers.
