In an entrepreneurial context, the Plant and Engineering Manager manages 2 engineers, 4 technicians and 40 unionized operators.
Candidate profile
You are an engineer with over 10 years’ relevant experience in operations and engineering management in a unionized custom equipment manufacturing environment.
Your management style is servant-like and collaborative. You are motivated by developing the potential and training of your colleagues. You are recognized as an excellent communicator, dynamic and patient.
