This Quebec-based company in the industrial sector has enjoyed repeated success for more than thirty years. Its operations require more than 500 square feet of space in several facilities in Quebec, Ontario, and the United States.
Description
In a context of growth, the Director reports to the President and represents the interests of the organisation with builders, professionals and the various stakeholders involved in the various projects related to the real estate portfolio.
The Director analyses the needs of internal customers in terms of buildings and infrastructures, ensures rigorous management of new construction, expansion, and renovation projects, and develops a strategic plan for optimising property assets.
Candidate profile
This position will meet the expectations of a manager with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in carrying out construction projects and managing property assets in the industrial sector.
