Description
In collaboration with the Senior Business Partner Human Resources and Labor Relations, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting and accompanying management teams in their HR processes (coaching, training, recommendations, etc.) in a unionized and non-unionized work environment.
The Business Partner will also be proactive and innovative in developing new practices, policies, and strategies for the development of his/her team, with the aim of enabling the organization to achieve its objectives. This position also requires travel on the North Shore and the Island of Montreal.
Candidate profile
You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations or equivalent (member of the Ordre des CRHA/CRIA, an asset) combined with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a highly developed sense of customer service. You are recognized for your adaptability, your ability to manage priorities and your ability to find solutions to any difficulties you may encounter. Experience in a unionized environment will also be considered an asset.
