Our client is the leader in publishing software and solutions for specialized markets. Well represented in Canada, he wants to continue it’s growth by developing the North American market.
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will be asked to take charge of prospecting for the US market while overseeing the sales efforts of the Canadian market. You will identify sales opportunities (straight or cross), build strong business links that will lead to a sale (long cycle).
You will team up with technology professionals to conclude the agreements. Finally, you will work closely with senior management to determine sales forecasts based on efforts made (using Salesforce software).
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and count a minimum of 10 years in sales and business development (5 years in B2B sales).
You are a skilled communicator, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and understand the business model of your target audience. Your attitude demonstrates a willingness to build positive relationships and put forward initiatives that will maintain the highest standards of quality in terms of customer experience.
