Organizational Context

Our client is one of the largest property owners and developers in North America. Very present in Quebec, it has a portfolio mainly comprised of shopping centers and office spaces. Owner of several vacant lots in strategic regions of the province, real estate development and new construction projects will multiply in the coming years.


Reporting to the Vice-President, Construction, the incumbent will be responsible for orchestrating the entire process for the construction projects assigned to him. The projects will consist mainly of major renovations or additions to existing buildings as well as development projects for new high rise buildings for residential and / or commercial use. Concretely, he will have to plan construction calendar, coordinate the bidding process, participate in the choice of selected professionals, control deadlines and budgets, regularly supervise construction sites and maintain liaison between all the stakeholders involved.

Candidate Profile

You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture (or a relevant technical diploma) and have a minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management, ideally including some new multi-storey construction projects. You are bilingual, a team player, priority oriented, have a great sense of organization and are looking for job stability in a reputable company that will allow you advancement opportunities. You are recognized for your leadership, technical skills, logic and sound judgment, communication skills, as well as your negotiation and problem solving abilities.
