Organizational Context

Our client is one of the largest real estate owners and developers in North America. Owning a portfolio of office and retail space located in strategic areas across Canada.







In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of managing a property and its team. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the property, the sound management of daily operations, its community outreach and its strategic positioning in the market. You will participate in and promote the creation of a strategic vision and the development of branding and marketing initiatives that will identify the property as a full experience destination. You will also supervise and provide a stimulating and professional development environment for a team of about twenty people (including 4 managers). You will collaborate to achieve the objectives of the real estate portfolio with several internal partners, such as: leasing, development, operational excellence, security, etc.

Candidate Profile

You have at least 7 years experience in property management (commercial property) or in a related field combined with a Bachelor’s degree. You have a thorough knowledge and understanding of general practices, policies and procedures as they relate to commercial spaces. Your customer service approach and interpersonal skills make you a skilled negotiator and above all a reliable collaborator.
