Reporting to the General Manager based at the head office, you will be responsible for coaching the teaching staff (from the business community) to ensure student satisfaction and success.
Your role will lead you to oversee the application of departmental standards and to maintain harmonious relations with the various partners of this private institution. You will be on the lookout for the best in adult education and will propose projects for continuous process improvement.
Your bachelor’s degree (education, administration) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role will position you for this role. You are a bilingual, inquisitive professional, on the lookout for the market and innovations in adult education. You have a flair for understanding the needs/issues and are said to be a mobilizing leader!
