In a collaborative environment with excellent team spirit, the incumbent will be responsible for the financial, accounting and administrative management of the company. The team is comprised of a Controller and two Accounting Clerks who see to the management of the accounting cycle and the administrative aspect of the various projects. The VP is personally responsible for the financial analysis of the projects, the preparation of pro formas, financial planning, forecasts and ROI, risk management, cost monitoring, production and justification of financial reports and statements. Finally, he or she ensures the quality of relations with financial institutions and partners.

Candidate profile

This position will meet the expectations of a bilingual CPA who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment that requires being both strategic and hands on.

You have a minimum of 10 years of experience as the Finance and Accounting Manager of a small business and have a strong knowledge of the construction industry. You are recognized as a collaborative team player with good service-oriented leadership.
