Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting managers in their recruitment process for all business and service centers across Canada. On average, there are 500 positions to be filled annually, mainly entry level positions.
You will also be called upon to develop and promote new HR tools to improve overall staffing processes.
-Assist managers in their hiring process
-Pre-select candidates and conduct telephone interviews
-Answer questions related to the recruitment process
-Manage unsolicited applications and create a database
-Conduct competitive intelligence to identify innovations in the field of recruitment
