The Société de transport de l’Outaouais is a fast-growing company that aims to offer efficient, sustainable public transit solutions that allow the population of Gatineau to get around where they live, work, study, and play.
This new position confirms the desire to focus on operational performance within the Operations division. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and supporting the work team of approximately 20 employees as well as the first tier managers in the service delivery.
The person will be responsible for all tasks related to network performance and service quality. He or she will also be responsible for reporting with rigor and diplomacy to continue to advance the process already in place.
You have a university degree in industrial relations, management, or the equivalent with a minimum of 5 years in management and team supervision. You are a mobilizing manager with experience in change management. You are results-oriented and a problem-solver, you are great at maintaining team spirit and fostering impeccable customer service. Experience in a unionized environment will be considered essential, as well as experience in transportation logistics.
