Our client is a young investment firm, founded 5 years ago, with a unique and growing business model. The fund focuses on small and medium-sized companies in various technological sectors (from industrial to high tech). Its hybrid approach between an investment firm and a venture capital firm that also offers advisory services under the umbrella of a separate consulting entity, offers a very interesting branding and positioning challenge for their future Marketing Director.

Description

Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Director will be responsible for developing, recommending and executing the traditional and digital marketing plan and aligning it with the organization’s overall strategy. He/she will also be in charge of defining and controlling the annual budget related to marketing activities, defining performance indicators (KPI) and ensuring their continuous optimization.

Candidate profile

A bilingual professional with an intrapreneurial mindset who is passionate about branding and is looking to partner with the executive team.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Intelligence or related field, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar management role. Experience in a B2B service environment is strongly preferred.
