Our client is a major developer, promoter and owner of important real estate complexes that help make Montreal the vibrant city it is. With many innovative development projects already on the books for many years to come in Quebec, our client is looking for an Investment Director to support their ambitions.
Reporting to the CFO, the incumbent will be called upon to find new investors, participate in capital raises for current projects and for new ones to come. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the company meets all its obligations to its investors. He or She will also be in charge of supervising the portfolio of assets to ensure their returns.
You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or the equivalent (CFA an asset) combined with 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. You have experience in raising capital from both institutional and private investors. You have excellent interpersonal skills, good political sense, a strong ability to influence positively, a keen analytical mind and are autonomous in modeling and reporting. You are at your best in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where all initiatives and opportunities are welcomed.
