Reporting to the General Manager, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities, initiatives, and practices of the organization. This person will have to implement recruitment and retention strategies to attract the best candidates. The incumbent will also develop a global compensation plan, a performance evaluation process and optimize health and safety policies and their application.
He or she will act as a central resource for both employees and management to advise them on best HR practices and ensure the efficiency of the administrative process.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in HR or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Human Resources generalist.
You are familiar with computerized HR systems and have a good knowledge of the principles and components of total compensation, including benefits management. You are a rigorous person with good analytical skills, and you are appreciated for your discretion and sense of ethics.
