Our client, one of the largest insurance firms in Quebec, has just created a new position of Go-To-Market Manager – Commercial Insurance. Always attentive to the market, this company has more than 800 employees committed to offering personalised coverage and the best service to its clients for more than 100 years!


Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will have a three-fold role. First, he/she will have to supervise and mobilize a team of 4 professionals. He/she will also represent the company with insurers and he/she will offer insurers support in providing appropriate solutions for clients.

Candidate profile

You have a university degree in administration (or field relevant to the position), an AMF license (or the desire to acquire one) and at least 10 years of experience in commercial insurance. In addition, you have a solid knowledge of information technology, combined with experience in team management.

You are recognized for your rigor, your innate sense of organization and your ability to manage priorities. Your analytical mind is sharp, and your open-mindedness and intellectual curiosity make you an inspiring leader who is eager to create a great spirit of collaboration. You know how to deal with pressure and show tact in all circumstances.
