For its subsidiary, located on the Southshore of Montreal, we are recruiting a Director whose main responsibilities will be to ensure the management and optimization of this profit center. In a context of continuous improvement, modern management and health and safety, the Director develops and implements administrative and operational processes to meet corporate and customer satisfaction objectives. In this strategic role, the Director supervises, motivates, and develops a team of 5 managers and 60 associates.
