Our client is a real estate owner who is described as a visionary and innovator. With over 3 million commercial and residential spaces, the company is in a growth and development-oriented mode.
In this new position and reporting to the President, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and motivating a team of property managers oriented on best management practices in terms of service to occupants and with the ability to support strategies oriented on modern asset development.
You are bilingual, a university graduate and have strong expertise in managing the operations of major real estate complexes. You are recognized as a motivational manager, able to develop a vision of strategic growth while focusing on a daily mission focused on service excellence and respect for corporate values.
