With a direct team of 4 consultants, the Director develops HR programs (recruitment, training, health & safety, labour relations, compensation) that are distributed in different profit centers in 4 Canadian provinces and employ 750 people.
In an environment where decision making is fast and where health and safety is paramount, the Director and his or her team support dynamic managers who run heavy and highly unionized manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, servant leadership and over 10 years of experience in unionized multinational corporations in the industrial sector. You are bilingual, a university graduate and enjoy challenging strategies and decision-making processes in support of entrepreneurial-style managers.
