Our client is a leader in the distribution industry, whether it be for electrical materials, industrial supplies or health and safety equipment. With more than 100 branches across Canada, this company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support the Directors and Managers.
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting managers in their recruitment processes for all business and service centers in Canada. There is an average of 500 positions to fill annually, mainly in sales, technical support, warehouse but also at corporate.
You will also be called upon to develop and promote new HR tools in order to improve the overall staffing process.
You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent (CHRP an asset) combined with 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or headhunting. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and you are fluently bilingual, as most of the managers are English-speaking. You are determined, resourceful and autonomous in your daily work. Knowledge of WorkDay will also be considered an asset.
