Description
In this new position, reporting to the president, the vice president's main responsibility is to optimize the operations of each factory and then implement an organizational structure that will facilitate synergy between the different entities, aiming for technological improvement, innovation, process efficiency, and cost management.
Candidate profile
This exciting challenge aligns with the expectations of an operations manager in manufacturing/industrial environments who appreciates an entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about contributing to the growth of a reputable local organization.
Ideally, you are a licensed engineer, a member of OIQ, with over 10 years of experience in operations management related to metal/mechanical/assembly manufacturing.
Close to operations, you practice a servant leadership style that encourages collaboration, commitment, and skill development.
