Description

Reporting to the VP Operations, your responsibilities include:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Utilize proactive strategies to attract, search, and engage the best talents through various channels such as job sites, social media platforms, and professional networks.

  • Conduct thorough candidate selection and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Employee Onboarding.
     

Administration:

  • Effectively use the "HUMI" software to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, such as preparing employment contracts, processing HR-related documentation, and responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
     

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

  • Collaborate with finance and payroll departments to ensure accurate payroll processing, deductions, and benefits enrolments.
     

Employee Relations and Performance Management:

  • Cultivate positive relationships with employees by actively listening to concerns, providing guidance on company policies and procedures, and negotiating conflicts if necessary.

  • Recognize and reward employee achievements and contributions to foster a culture of appreciation and motivation within the organization (various company events, monthly awards, contests, and recognitions).

Candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field:

  • 4 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in a sales and service-focused company.

  • Familiarity with HUMI software or similar HR platforms.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Perfectly bilingual (English & French).
