Our client is a major player in the development, manufacturing and marketing of products to consumers around the world. Growing demand requires the strategic expertise of a seasoned supply chain director.
Description
As a member of the management committee, the holder of this position guides, brings together and motivates a team of 7 managers responsible for supplies, production planning, warehousing, inventory management, transportation , distribution (in more than 30 countries) and logistics management with various subcontractors.
In a context of continuous improvement, collaboration and support for the different operational sectors and the different subsidiaries, the director participates in the development and implementation of different strategies aimed at excellence, governance and the achievement of corporate objectives.
Candidate profile
This superb challenge will meet the expectations of an expert in strategic management of the global supply chain who has more than 10 years of relevant experience within organizations that market (worldwide) everyday consumer products (healthcare, household cleaning, food beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
You are recognized as a servant-type leader who prioritizes development, collaboration, the pursuit of excellence and the celebration of achievements with all the members of your team.
You demonstrate an ability to master and popularize corporate strategies to implement effective action plans. Ultimately, you are a skilled communicator who collaborates easily with peers, senior management and major clients.
