DESCRIPTION
The Vice President of Asset Management oversees a portfolio of 10 million square feet of prestigious real estate assets located in Quebec. This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic and financial trajectory of the assets under management.
The Vice President fosters collaboration with property management, leasing, development, planning, and financing teams to provide comprehensive direction for the portfolio, aligned with the fund's strategy.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are bilingual, hold a university degree, and have over 10 years of experience in the strategic and financial management of significant real estate assets. You are a team player, committed, reliable, professional, and demonstrate sound judgment and respect for confidentiality.
Your passion and ability to leverage your knowledge allow you to influence stakeholders and secure alignment with key objectives.
Adaptable and resilient, you seamlessly shift between a global strategic perspective and pragmatic operational discipline.
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Argus are essential.
