Congratulations to La Gourvenance au Féminin – Women in Governance and especially to Caroline Codsi for orchestrating another great networking event on February 27th at The Club St-James. This non-profit organization’s mission is to support women in their skills development, particularly in terms of leadership, advancement and other times in their career transition, and ultimately to promote their access to management and executive positions as well as to boardroom seats. It is the alarming statistics regarding the number of women in executive and senior management positions or serving on CAs that motivated the creation of this NPO.
February 27th was an evening that brought together 13 headhunters in Montreal to offer personalized advice on career management strategies for both women and men aspiring to executive positions weather for internal or external promotions.
It is always a privilege to be part of the Headhunters invited to this evening. We are delighted to be able to exchange with members of other recruitment firms and it is especially always a great pleasure to meet the ambitious and motivated participants with the intents to access senior management and executive level positions.
