Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Legal Affairs, you are responsible for the legal aspects of the three different companies within the group.
Your team consists of one lawyer and one legal technician to support you in managing litigation in the different Canadian provinces.
The priority areas are contractual agreements concerning current business, acquisition strategies, and labor relations management.
Candidate profile
Ideally, you are a common law graduate with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience within large manufacturing companies.
Your skills in mastering issues and supporting corporate and operational management teams are well recognized.
You are available for frequent travel within Canada.
