Reporting to an experienced Human Resources Manager, your primary role will be to lead all recruitment-related operations for professionals working in Canada’s four business locations. You will be the resource person who will establish the attraction strategies, which will review the hiring, integration monitoring and performance evaluation processes. Your passion for recruiting allows you to use all the web tools with ease and know which channel will perform according to the position to be filled and the province affected. You have developed your recruitment expertise in professional environments (services) and want to give a positive experience to the candidates you approach, regardless of the outcome. You enjoy teaming up with managers who are open, ready to use your tools and recommendations.
You will be required to travel on a regular basis and will be able to adapt to the specificities of each office.
