Organizational Context

Our client, leader in the sale of materials and products for the construction and renovation industry, has experienced strong growth in recent years.



Under the responsibility of the General Manager of Sales, the incumbent of this position is responsible for a small team of representatives on an extensive territory on the outskirts of the Greater Montreal region (South Shore and Laurentians included). His role is to plan, manage and develop the sales division, which is specifically aimed at construction contractors.


Essentially, this new Manager will be responsible for:

– Accompanying and developing his sales team

– Identifying and soliciting potential new clients

– Maintain price lists and discounts

– Ensure smart sales growth by fostering healthy communication with namely supply and inventory departments

Candidate Profile

The desired candidate profile is a sales professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience ideally with the targeted clientele ie construction contractors. Having already held a supervisory role of managing representatives on the road, you are recognized for your communication skills, coaching abilities as well as for the quality of sales reports produced. We are looking for a bilingual manager who wants to invest himself in the development of a division full of potential within a fast-growing organization.
