In order to support the progress we are recruiting a plant manager who will put in place an organizational structure that can optimize the plant’s capacity to produce quality products at optimum cost and that will bring teams together to achieve the objectives .
We would like to discuss this challenge with experienced food processors and food production managers who are comfortable in entrepreneurial environments and who are familiar with the principles of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
