Led by a stable, experienced management team committed to providing a workplace where recognition is an organizational value, its 350 or so employees work with humanity and compassion for their clients based in four RPAs across Quebec.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the HRBP will play an advisory role to the 4 Residence Directors and their management teams on all matters related to talent management. The primary mandate for the incumbent will be to implement strategies, systems and procedures to optimize the overall HR service. In parallel, he or she will lead various special projects aimed to measure the performance of procedures in place as well as developing new programs such as succession planning and staff mobilization initiatives. The incumbent is also responsible for staffing, training, application of collective agreements, performance appraisals, health and safety etc.

The HRBP will also have to maintain good relations with the various union partners and represent the employer during negotiations and renewal of agreements.

Candidate Profile

The candidate is a human resources or industrial relations graduate and has at least 5 years of experience in human resources management as a generalist. Ideally from the health and social services community, he or she has extensive experience in managing labor relations in a unionized environment and understands the importance of strategic management of staff allocation in such establishments. Finally, with a strong analytical and logical decision making capacity, a mobilizing leadership style and a strong sense of organization and initiative, the ideal candidate possesses the necessary skills to tackle the key issues at stake and support this growing SME towards achieving its objectives.
