Organizational Context

Our client is an NPO working in the health sector. Patients with the disease, professionals and the general population refer to it in order to obtain data / information / services. Based in Montreal, it serves all of Quebec and is regularly asked to testify to the evolution of research and treatments.



Under the authority of the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the Programs and Services component of the organization. Together with his or her team, he or she will coordinate conferences and training by providing relevant topics for each audience, develop information and awareness initiatives, and ensure that the Documentation Center and Info-Service Center references is optimal at all levels.

Advocacy will also be a responsibility of the Manager. It will ensure a clear understanding of the issues, establish communication channels with Network members and other partners across the province.

Candidate Profile

This position will be suitable for a socially engaged enthusiast with a degree in nursing, community organization, teaching or other. Listening to the clientele and the professionals who surround them, you have strong skills in content development and presentations. You are curious and on the lookout for new health tendencies, you have a strong mind and can show empathy. This position will take you to visit different regions of Quebec on an occasional basis.
