Organizational Context

Our client is the technology subsidiary of a financial institution whose activities are mainly in Canada.


This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Technology, and we are looking for a manager who will be responsible for ensuring safe, high quality physical spaces that are tailored to the operational needs of the users. This person ensures the best conditions of rental of corporate and commercial spaces. He/She is also responsible for the entire process of negotiating and acquiring products and services as well as managing contracts and relationships with supply chain suppliers and partners. He/She will also be supported by a team of seasoned professionals in the fields of real estate, planning and supply.

Candidate Profile

We would like to discuss this excellent opportunity with managers who have developed their skills in a highly regulated industry or sector, together with a university degree in real estate management or related field. Perfectly bilingual, your experience demonstrates a minimum of ten years experience in real estate and IT procurement and a recognized experience in management of high level professionals.

You are a leader and have excellent negotiating skills. An excellent communicator, you have an easy way to present your files and your vision to senior management. You will be part of a leading team that plays a key role in the evolution of the organization.
